We provide estimated schedules in good faith. Weather, permitting, inspections, material availability, site conditions, third-party delays, and client-requested changes may affect completion dates.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely approvals, reasonable site access, and payment according to the applicable agreement. Hidden or previously unknown site conditions may require a documented change order.

7. Warranties

Any workmanship warranty is provided only as specified in the applicable project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for products and equipment are subject to the manufacturer's terms and may be passed through to the client. Warranty claims should be reported promptly.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation rights, deposits, refunds, and restocking or administrative charges depend on the signed agreement and applicable law. If no project agreement applies, contact us promptly to discuss cancellation of a service request.
